Become a Consumer Representative

Do you want to be involved in making decisions about complaints and settling disputes (grievances) when a service is denied to a member? PerformCare members (or family members) can serve on a special committee that helps in this way. By becoming a Consumer Representative, you’ll also receive training and compensation for your assistance.

If you face stigma related to your sexuality or gender identity, you may experience undue stress and discrimination that can lead to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, thoughts of suicide, and more.
